And that was 2018!

Well, what a year that was. As I have now completed performing at my last gig of 2018, I am in the process of doing all the exciting bits of my job – all that lovely paperwork! As a result, I’ve had a chance to go over the long list of gigs that I have done this year and it really is bringing back some great memories.

In 2018, I have travelled far and wide, ranging from just down the road at Redhouse Barn in Bromsgrove to Papplewick Pumping Station in Nottingham. I’ve worked with my clients to rock dancefloors for Weddings, Birthdays, Retirements, Corporate Events, Engagement Parties and there was even a party organised just because. I’ve partied with audiences that have a wide range of tastes when it comes to their musical preferences and I have had the pleasure of performing for some absolute legends!

So what I’ve decided to do is delve into the computer and dig out some of the photos that we took over the year and put together a slideshow. Now, this video is nowhere near as epic as anything that Blue Ridge Films can do (it is just a slideshow after all!), nor is the quality of these photos on par with any of my Trusted Friends, but I like to think that they show how much fun there has been on those dancefloors. From polite feet shuffling to reaching for the stars, I have seen it all this year and I look forward to continuing all that fun in 2019! I’ll tell you what – this job isn’t that bad at all!
