Vicky & Sam's Wedding DJ at Nuthurst Grange

Having been a Professional DJ since I was 15, it goes without saying that I have met quite a few top-quality DJs on the way. I’m sure that it is the same in most professions but there’s something about DJs that generate a magnetic field that other DJs seem to gravitate towards. Or, if you want to put it in a less poetic way, ‘flies and muck’ springs to mind! It’s because of this network that I was given the chance to be Vicky & Sam’s Professional Wedding DJ at Nuthurst Grange in Warwickshire, and what an honour it was to be recommended by Sam’s Uncle Wayne (Wayne being one of those flies that I was referring to).

Nuthurst Grange is a fantastic country house that is contemporary and absolutely stunning. It is one of my favourite venues to perform in (and not just because the load in and out is so easy), and I've had many storming nights there. The courtyard is a great place to chill for those who want to chat in the sunshine, whilst inside I turn Nuthurst Grange into a great place to party.

Vicky & Sam had a perfect day that was rounded off by an incredible night. They organised a band to perform Soul classics, and my instructions were to keep my performances Modern and Contemporary, with plenty of Club Anthems and 90s Pop. I weaved my sets around the band, and after their second set, I only had another half hour or so before we had to call time, so I smashed out as many Club Classics as I could (whilst still adding in my creative flair, of course) before rounding the night off with a couple of 90s Pop tracks. The night was so good, I felt guilty having to finish at midnight!

Being a Wedding DJ in Warwickshire is always so much fun for me. The venues are amazing, and they always host people who know how to have a great time.
