Lucia & Michelle's Birthday Party DJ at Coombe Abbey

Is it me, or is 2016 getting colder the closer it moves towards the spring? Just as well that I've been keeping myself warm by running around like a headless chicken organising and performing at events. Recently, I was back at Coombe Abbey to perform for a joint birthday party for Lucia and Michelle. I shan't disclose how many times the earth has circled the sun for these two, as I am a gentleman and that would be rude.

Birthdays deserve to be celebrated, as it's a great chance to catch up with friends and family whilst having a boogie in the process (the odd tipple here and there doesn't hurt either!). This was certainly destined to be a great night, as I was performing alongside an incredibly talented bunch - The River Rea Band.

I love working with bands. It's a fantastic way to offer a bit of variety to your guests, and it gives me a chance to use my computer controlled lighting to light up the acts as they are performing. In this instance, I decided to give The River Rea Band an orange wash, which looked fantastic on the night.

Performing a selection of Funk, Soul, Pop, Rock 'n' Roll, Ska & Reggae, The River Rea Band were thoroughly entertaining to watch and they certainly had that dancefloor jumping!
